We collect information automatically while you use our Services, including:

• Location Data: We collect your device's location data in both foreground and background modes to provide and improve core Services, including navigation, matching, and safety features. This location data includes GPS, Wi-Fi information, and other location-based data. You can disable background tracking in your device settings, but some features may not work correctly without location data.
• Interaction Data: Information about your in-app actions and interactions.
• Device Data: Includes IMEI number, GPS, and other device data to ensure the security and quality of our Services.

3. Additional Data for Service Partners

If you are a Provider or delivery partner, we collect additional data, including:

• Telematics Data: Driving metrics such as speed, braking, and route details.
• Vehicle Registration Data: Registration data such as license plate number and vehicle type.

VII. Location Data

Location data is collected in both foreground and background to provide services like navigation, service matching, and safety monitoring. Users can disable background tracking at any time in device settings. We do not share location data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Note: Background location access is required for ride-matching and safety features. Disabling it may limit app functionality.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Google Firebase: For app analytics and performance monitoring.
• Payment Processors: To securely handle transactions.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside Ethiopia (e.g., by Google Firebase in the US). We ensure safeguards like encryption and contractual clauses to protect your data.
